Send an unambiguous revocation declaration via post, fax, or email. A model form is provided below but is not required. Sending notification before the period expires satisfies the timing requirement.
Upon revocation, the company must reimburse all payments within fourteen days of receiving your notice, including delivery costs (except additional charges for non-standard shipping). Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise arranged, with no associated fees.
If services began during the revocation period, reasonable compensation based on services already delivered becomes due. Return costs (estimated at approximately €50) are your responsibility. Value loss deductions apply only when caused by unnecessary handling beyond condition inspection.
